At American Home Furniture, we want you to love your new space, which is why we offer a 30-day return window on most furniture and decor items to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please ensure all items are in original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare for Pickup or Shipping

  Carefully disassemble and repackage the furniture in its original boxes; for large freight items, we will coordinate a professional curbside pickup at your convenience.

  Inspection Process

  Once the items arrive at our distribution center, our quality control team will inspect the furniture to verify its condition and ensure all hardware is included.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After a successful inspection, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.
